Thank you for your interest in making a reservation through the EMS Web App!  

Please review the following information prior to logging in: 


Access to the Web App:
 

Student Organizations: 

  • All Authorized Contactsfor Student Organizations have an EMS Web App Account.  Please click the "My Home" tab or "Welcome, Guest" to login.

  • If you have never accessed the EMS Web App before or do not remember your password, follow the below steps to activate your account: 

  • Click the “My Home” tab above 

  • Click “I've forgotten my password” 

  • Fill out the fields required and click “continue”.  

  • You will receive and email with a link prompting you to create a new password. Follow the instructions to log in and begin making reservations! 


University Departments:
 

  • Authorized Contacts for University Departments must request access to the EMS Web App directly from Event Services. Please fill out the linked form to request access*.  

  • *Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request. 

  • The EMS Web App is primarily for use by Student Organizations; however, a limited number of accounts are available for use by Department Authorized Contacts. Requests are considered on a first come, first serve basis. If approved, you will be notified via email and sent temporary login information to get started. 

 

The following spaces can be reserved through the Web App: 

  • Meeting Rooms in Squires Student Center and Johnston Student Center 

  • Major Venues  (Commonwealth Ballroom, Haymarket Theatre, Colonial Hall, GLC Auditorium, GLC Multipurpose Room, Burruss Hall Auditorium and War Memorial Chapel)
